Next event: Luncheon Speaker Series with Emilio Ocampo - May 21, 2010
In continuation with the “Luncheon Speaker Series", the University of Chicago Alumni Club of Argentina invites you to attend the next lunch on Friday May 21st., 12.30 pm, at the "Pur Sang" Hall, Asociación de Criadores de Caballo, 191 Quintana Avenue, City of Buenos Aires. 
In this opportunity, our Guest Speaker will be Mr. Emilio Ocampo (Lic. Economía UBA 1985; MBA University of Chicago 1990) who will address the following issue: "How can the industrialized world find a way out of the crisis:  Inflation or Deflation?"
Emilio Ocampo is founder and president of Arcadia Advisors, a boutique financial consulting firm, specialized in mergers and acquisitions, investment project evaluation and debt restructuring. Mr. Ocampo has 20 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets and private equity, having worked in New York and London for leading investment banks such as Morgan Stanley and Salomon Smith Barney.
Mr. Ocampo is currently professor of investment banking in the Finance Master Program at CEMA University in Buenos Aires, a regular op-ed contributor to newspapers La Nación and Ámbito Financiero and author of five books on Napoleonic history, economics and finance, including "La Era de la Burbuja: De cómo Estados Unidos llegó a la Crisis".
